70207 Davidunlap (provisional designation: 1999 RP33) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Minor White and Myke Collins at the OCA-Anza Observatory in Orange County, California, on September 4, 1999. It is named after David Dunlap, a Canadian businessman, philanthropist, and amateur astronomer of the 19th and 20th centuries, as well as the namesake of the David Dunlap Observatory.
